Ken Freese Council Member District 3

 Ken M. Freese was born in Wharton in 1960.  He attended school in Wharton and graduated from the Wharton County Jr. College in 1981.  From there, he continued his education and graduated from the University of Houston in 1983.  He married former Susan Schoeneberg of Louise, Texas, and has two children, Riley and Tyler.  He is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Wharton and is the owner of Freese & Co. Real Estate.  Mr. Freese is also acknowledged as a Texas Real Estate Broker and is a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser.  Mr. Freese has been a City Councilmember since 1997.
