Change or Termination of Utility Service
All requests to connect or disconnect service must be in writing. The Utility Billing department cannot accept any requests for service over the phone.
Changes to Your Account
Utility services for customers with existing accounts for example changes to mailing address, phone number, bank draft information etc.:

In your request, please include the following information:
- Date of termination
- Forwarding address is required for final bill or refund deposit
- Name
- Service location
